How do I view my recent data explorations?

You can view a list of your ten most recent data explorations from the Data Explorer page in Elevate K-12 Analytics. The Recent explorations list displays both saved and unsaved explorations, and if you navigate away from an unsaved exploration, you can return to it in your recent explorations list.

Note: If you create, work with, modify, or manage an exploration, it updates in your Recent list. Only viewing an exploration does not add it to or update it in your Recent list.

Open Data Explorer

In the Navigation Menu, click the Data Explorer link.

Open Recent Explorations

In the Explorations menu Yours section, click the Recent link.

View Recent Explorations

The Recent list can display up to ten of your most recent explorations. The list displays your explorations in chronological order, with the most recent exploration at the top.

Each exploration displays the last time you viewed the exploration [1].

If the exploration is not saved, an Unsaved Exploration icon and (not saved) label display [2].

Saved explorations display a Saved Exploration icon [3].

Open Recent Exploration

To open a recent exploration, click the exploration name link.

Note: If you work with, modify, or manage the exploration, it updates in your Recent list. Only viewing an exploration does not add it to or update it in your Recent list.

View Recent Exploration

The exploration opens to the most recently created chart. View your recent exploration.
