Elevate K-12 Analytics Integration Availability

This document identifies the Student Information System (SIS) and data source integrations that are immediately available and may be included in your institution's subscription for Elevate K-12 Analytics (formerly known as Videri). The subscription-based data sources can include any from the lists below. New data loaders are being added all of the time and this page will continue to be updated as they go into production. If there are additional data sources that are not listed below that you’d like, please contact your Customer Success Manager or your Sales Representative to inquire about the roadmap and timeline for availability. 

Notes:

• Your institution’s SIS may have separate implementation or setup fees. Please reach out to your SIS provider to inquire.
• Any data source not included in the subscription or not included as part of your implementation may require additional fees for configuration or development.
• If an assessment vendor changes their specifications in the future and a new loader is required, that work will be placed on the roadmap and a timeline will be established and communicated.
• Although a SIS (or assessment vendor) is “Ed-Fi certified” or "uses Ed-Fi API”, it may not provide Elevate K-12 Analytics with all of the data fields a district or school wants or needs. It is the responsibility of the district or school to ensure that needs can be fulfilled based on what fields are provided from the SIS (or any assessment vendor using Ed-Fi API). We recommend that districts and schools reach out to their vendor(s) first to inquire about or confirm this information, as some vendors don’t have and may not keep their Ed-Fi mapping documentation up-to-date.
